How did he know?!

At the end of the video he says let's get some lunch..

How did he know it was midday here?!

Could there be a program altering the videos based on the current time?

it's actually possible but they would have to create 3 videos, breakfast, lunch and dinner then take the current time depending on your location and serve the video that suits your time better.

If that was the case, that would be pretty cool, but unfortunately I guess you eventually watched the video at the right time lol.
