Just write both head and body tags in your html tag.

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
  </head>
  <body>

  </body>
</html>

This is the code you will need to set up your basic HTML document. Remember that tags can be opened like this <body> and can be closed like this </body>

Good luck with your programming!
