how do i create a tag for the images?

i've been flying through this until now, but this is giving me a little difficulty.

Unless I misunderstood what it is you are having problems with, then here is the solution:

<li>
   <img src="img/numbers-01.jpg" alt="">
</li>

Note that the tag is left blank: alt=""
