There are slight variations with each server. Here's what I found on Namecheap: https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/181/27/how-do-i-upload-my-site

Just follow along and you should be ok.

You have to pay for cPanel? I need a cyberduck guide...

Is the username you made for namecheap (dashboard ect..) the same one you use for cyberduck server login?
