How do I download Android developer tools for Chrome?

I am on Android tracks, need to down load developer tools so that I can write app. I appreciate any help by anyone. Thanks. Ronnie

If you mean chrome OS, you cant run android studio and such on chrome OS. Your best bet would be to install linux on the chromebook/chrometop. This is a guide by someone who did just that:

Thanks Victor! I've decided to use my laptop instead but I haven't had any luck with downloading Java c. So it's all off for now but watch videos and learn as much as I can.
