I selected the value of linkName from previous question but not sure where to go from here.

The question is asking you to "Set the text content of the a tag to be the value stored in the variable inputValue". So you first need to select the a tags and then that value into the previous variable. Here are my codes for your reference:
let inputValue = document.getElementById('linkName').value;
let link = document.getElementById('link');
link.innerText = inputValue;
