How do I log the final string to the console

It refusing everything wat can I do to change

var months = ['January','February','March','April','May','June','July','August','September','October','November','December'];
months.join(", ");
console.log(months)

The "join" method doesn't make any changes to the array you apply it to, it just returns a string value.

So you could either assign the result to a new variable and log that one, or perform the join in the argument to the log function:

// either this:
let final = months.join(", ");
console.log(final);

// or this:
console.log(months.join(", "));

var monthsString = months.join(', ');
console.log( monthsString );
