26,680 PointsHello, you are doing it wrong. It is method for string - String.prototype.toUpperCase(). Now you probably don't know what is it. Remember to call it on string not put string as parameter. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Global_Objects/String/toUpperCase
Challenge 1:
var userName = id.toUpperCase();
Challenge 2:
var userName = id.toUpperCase();
userName += '#' + lastName.toUpperCase();
