im not sure how to make the second string correctly

Front End Web Development Techdegree Graduate 33,271 Pointsthere's not a second string. inside the list they want another list. you need the assignment operator = to set a variable to a value. so myVar = myList. a string is surrounded by quotes, so 'h' or '456' are strings.
