300 PointsHow do I remove the last part?
I tried doing states.remove([5]) and it gives me an error. When I do "states.remove(['red', 'green', 'blue']) it works but it says "5 is still in the list"
states = [
'ACTIVE',
['red', 'green', 'blue'],
'CANCELLED',
'FINISHED',
5,
]

5,206 PointsHello Marcos,
You are on the right path but .remove() removes a given value from the list, not the index so all you need to do is remove the square brackets and your code passes.
states.remove(['red', 'green', 'blue']) works because .remove() is removing the list ['red', 'green', 'blue'] which is in the states list.
how ever the list of 5 --> [5] is not in states... I hope this made a little sense..
states.remove(5)
