        <div id="content">
            <label>Link Name:</label>
            <input type="text" id="linkName">
            <a id="link" href="https://teamtreehouse.com"></a>

If you want the value of the 'a' tag to be the value of inputValue, then flip your second JavaScript statement around. Instead of

inputValue.textContent = document.querySelector('a').value;

Try

document.querySelector('a').value = inputValue.textContent;

Thanks

I tried doing that but it did not pass. It says ''The anchor tag's text content has not been set."

You're welcome. You had it, you just needed to flip flop that statement
