Firstly, Check the passengers spelling you have typed. It is "passengers" and not "passangers".

Secondly using the mSpaceship object you need to call the a method to get the passengers count which is getNumPassengers() method.

So access it as follows: mSpaceship .getNumPassengers() .

But this returns an int and setText method expects a String so mush it over as follows:

(mSpaceship .getNumPassengers() +"") (Adding an empty String makes addition operator work as an appender.)

So final solution is as follows:

mPassengersField.setText(mSpaceship .getNumPassengers() +"") ;

the life saver again thanks

You need to set the text in TextView in LandingActivity using Spaceship class property getType() method as follows:

mTypeLabel.setText(mSpaceship.getType());

Hope this helps!

thanks Sai, it worked

im stuck again

the task reads "use the method to get number of passangers for mSpaceship and the set the text for mPassangersField to this value"

and this is my code, please help

  mSpaceship = new Spaceship("FIREFLY");
  mTypeLabel.setText(mSpaceship.getType());
  mPassangersField.setText(mSpaceship.getText().toString());
