As the title suggest i am unsure how to solve this challenge i know how to get the key OR the value but not both. Any suggestions ?

the syntax for foreach is:
foreach (array_expression as $key => $value)
in your case:
foreach ( $books as $key => $value )
You can name $key and $value variables how you want, best way is to give it a name, that makes sense... In $books array isbn number is a key and a name of the book is value, so you can do it like:
foreach ( $books as $isbn => $book )
Just make sure, that you use correct variable names set there in your statement below...
