"available" is a string that can be split up by the semicolon ";" that separates the words in the string.

sundaes = available.split(';')

Above we have used the split function to split the string with the semicolon. The output is a list of each word.

print(sundaes)
['banana split', 'hot fudge', 'cherry', 'malted', 'black and white']
