Python Python Basics (2015) Python Data Types String Formatting

How do use .format() on the string "Treehouse loves {}" to put my name into the placeholder.

Unclear on how to adapt my initial code that was correct in Task #1 to fulfill task #2.

Task #2: "OK, so now use .format() on the string "Treehouse loves {}" to put your name into the placeholder. Assign this to the variable subject again".

strings.py
name = "Mike"
subject = "treehouse loves {}" + name.format ()
