How do we parcel ONE object??

So I get that we are parceling an ArrayList here in this example, but does anyone know how to parcel ONE object? What I've got is an inventory app that I'm creating, and I just need to parcel the results from ONE object from one activity to another activity. Do we still need to convert it to an ArrayList?
