How do you come out of two folders into another page using root-relative paths?

I have watched the video three times and still can't get the root relative method to work to come out of two folders and find the contact page. Could some one please help me?

about/leadership/index.php

<head>

</head>
<body>

to come out of two folders i.e. if you are here: folder1/folder2/somefile.html and there is a folder3 where folder1 is

you would do '../../folder3/somefile.html'

../ takes you up one folder

If its easier, you can also use absolute paths.. so you could do: '/location-to-site/folder3'

the assignment is to use root-relative paths, can't use absolute paths for task one of the challenge. I tried!
