2,236 PointsHow do you create a getInfo method?
I am stuck on the last challenge for Properties & Methods, which is to create a method on Fish named getInfo and returns a string, then call that method on my object $bass. When I check my code, it says Bummer, but does not explain what I did incorrectly and I cannot see an error within my code.
<?php
class Fish {
public $common_name = "common name";
public $flavor = "flavor";
public $record_weight = "record weight";
function __construct($name, $flavor, $record){
$this->common_name = $name;
$this->flavor = $flavor;
$this->record_weight = $record;
}
public function getInfo(){
return "A ". $this->common_name ." is an ". $this->flavor ." flavored fish. The world record weight is ". $this->record_weight .".";
}
$bass = new Fish("Largemouth Bass", "Excellent", "22 pounds 5 ounces");
echo $bass->getInfo();
?>
