How do you fill in the blank space in the variable menu?

I tried rewatching the video but I can't figure out how to fill in the blank spot in the menu

banana.py 
available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white"
sundaes = available.split(';')
menu = "Our available flavors are: {}."
(', '.join(menu))
display_menu = ', '.join(sundaes)

Ok so let's be adventuress and solve this all on a single line!

First let's set up menu to equal that string that is specified for it to initially equal:

menu = "Our available flavors are: {}."

Next we need to make sure that it will be formatted correctly so that the string that get's placed inside of it, is within the curly braces ( I think this is what was confusing you):

menu = "Our available flavors are: {%s}."

The %s is a flag that let's the string formatter know that the flag should be replaced with a specified string! So let's do that right now!

menu = "Our available flavors are: {%s}." %

What comes after the % is the string that we are going to replace the %s with! We need to replace it with the joined version of the sundaes array that we created earlier! After it is joined with the comma and space!

menu = "Our available flavors are: {%s}." % ", ".join(sundaes)

And that is the third challenge completed!
