You enclose the variable names within a hash and curly brace to insert the variable's value into the string, just like this: "Insert #{var_name} here
".
So, to apply that to the challenge, your code code look like:
def mod(a, b)
#write your code here
return "The remainder of #{a} divided by #{b} is #{a % b}."
end
