I cant get this correct. How do i add in a, b and c?

def mod(a, b)
  #write your code here

Hi Anne,

You enclose the variable names within a hash and curly brace to insert the variable's value into the string, just like this: "Insert #{var_name} here".

So, to apply that to the challenge, your code code look like:

def mod(a, b)
  #write your code here
  return "The remainder of #{a} divided by #{b} is #{a % b}."
end

I hope that helps,

Steve.
