Hi Vy,

The issue is you have a semicolon ( ; ) at your if statement if ( a > b); Just remove it then the semicolon then it will work.

var a = 10;
var b = 20;
var c = 30;

if ( a > b) {
alert('a is greater than b');
} else {
alert('a is not greater than b');
}
