How is this coded correctly?

I need more guidance than "Make sure you include an image tag that displays"img/number ". After correcting this 3 times, I can't seem to get it right. Please offer better explanations

It looks like your anchor tags are throwing off the challenge, you can remove them since they're not required. Also, the last image in the set is "numbers-06.jpg" instead of "numbers-03.jpg".

One last thing, when you don't require an alt attribute, you don't have to mention it at all, but if you were to explicitly define it as empty it'll need to have the following format:

It's asking for images 01, 02, and 06, I believe.
