How is this not echo'ing the second value in colors array?

Disclaimer: I am by no means a php expert, I've done only the most basic stuff so far.

However, from everything I've read, that seems correct to me? Either way, sorry you're having issues. Hopefully Hampton Paulk, or a more experienced php student will stop by and confirm one way or the other.
