By adding the :hover pseudo element to the nav element, you are styling the entire nav bar to have a hover state, not just an individual link. You would want to target your anchor elements inside of your nav elements by writing

nav a:hover { color: #32673f; }

This way you are selecting the links inside of navigation element.
