How to create the database.db

I have a couple of questions. Can someone direct me to how the database.db file is created? I know for the purposes of this project we imported in. Also, if we were to use an API is there a video on how to incorporate that into the project.

That's going to be created separately by MySQL or whatever database you're using. You create that separately and then connect to it later from your .php file (either via PDO vs. MySQLi).

Regarding APIs, most come with their own specific documentation to explain their implementation.
