How to get more model load outs for the android emulation

In the video Ben selects the nexus 5 for his android emulation among a number of other models I do not have at my disposal. Is there a way to update the AVD manager without updating the entire SDK so that I to can emulate the same devices Ben has at his disposal?

P.S:I don't want to update the entire software development kit because the update has a bug that prevents me from continuing on the current project

Updating the sdk will give you more load out options, the answer to my other question is answered in this post

I believe it's part of the tool set, though I honestly don't know! What bug is preventing you from advancing, though? I'd say update and post your bug in here and we can help you get past it. Post the bug as a new Forum post and tag me in it to make sure I get a notification about it.
