How to I get the website up?

This video is completely different from the steps I took, so I need help.

I signed up for both from namecheap(domain and server hosting)

Now it's talking about cPanel, so i made a username and password.

Now I have Cyberduck opened and typed all my info in and it says "connection failed: server may be down or not configured correctly"

So I look around on namecheap and cPanel....find cPanel file manager and now I have no idea if I even need Cyberduck.

Can anyone help?

If you are using cPanel File Manager, you do not need to use CyberDuck.

If you're having trouble uploading your site, take a look at the How do I upload my site? article on NameCheap's knowledge base. It should walk you through steps specific to NameCheap using either cPanel File Manager, or an FTP program like CyberDuck.

Please let me know if you still have questions after reading the article or run into problems, and I will do my best to walk you through it. Happy coding!

Yes, it looks like CyberDuck and NameCheap both support SFTP. I'm not familiar with CyberDuck, and the NameCheap tutorial uses Filezilla, so you may need to google for a suitable tutorial if you get stuck.
