how to install setup Homestead laravel on windows 10

i got a lot of errors following this video https://teamtreehouse.com/library/laravel-4-basics/getting-started-with-laravel/installing-laravel-homestead. i have an ssh key already but when i type vagrant up nothing happens

In my opinion don't start learning Laravel 4 now, beacuse few days ago relased the 5.3 version. You will foud the Lavaravel lastest version documentation here: https://laravel.com/docs/5.3
