Hey, I believe that these days installing Bootstrap is easier than the method presented in this video, thanks to the bootstrap-sass gem. Check out the instructions at https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap-sass#a-ruby-on-rails. I didn't have to perform file tree merging at all. I didn't have to download tarballs.
