how to put to remove that

i can see that:

a is not defined in line word.remove(a)

maybe you meant word.remove('a')

and second thing might be indentation.

Also if it didnt work, try adding uppercase vowels as well.

The action can also be done using convert list into set and then subtracting vowel-set.
