How to say a number is even or divisible by two?

Not sure where to go from here.

Hi Sam! You are very close! You just need to remove the 'is' and use the equality operator to check if modulus 2 is equal to zero - meaning no remainder and therefore even:

def even_odd(num):
    if num % 2 == 0:
        return True
    else:
        return False
