how to solve this list??

list

lists.py
my_list = [1, 2, 3, 'hello', 'tree']
my_list.append("4, 5")

You are almost there. to append a list to my_list it should be in brackets [ ]

my_list = [1, 2, 3, 'hello', 'tree']
my_list.append([4, 2])

You can use the + operator similar to string. my_list = [1, 2, 3, 'hello', 'tree'] my_list += [4, 5]
