How to store the value in the inputValue variable?

What am i doing wrong:(?

Hi @Mirali,

your code is right you just missed the .value to get the value of the input field

let inputValue = document.querySelector('#linkName').value;

Thank you Mohammad. But when did we learn about that type of sytax in the last video. Did i miss something?
