How to upload my code?

I am not sure what happen but I have been following nick every step of the way and it's been going good until I got to the Style the Portfolio section. My webpage isn't come out the same way Nicks is. Can someone please tell me how to upload my code. Thank you very much!

First type three backticks like this ``` (this is not the same as '''). Then hit return to add a new line. Then paste your code in and then write three more backticks on a line all by themselves. If this didn't make sense then look here: https://teamtreehouse.com/forum/posting-code-to-the-forum

Also, if you write what type of code you are posting after the first three backticks, it'll do it's best to format it correctly, such as

```html or ```java
