How to upper case the string?HELP!

As the title ,I can recall somewhere there is a video teaching about how to upper case the letters ,but I just can't remember where it is ! Help me please ! Giving the video name of the Treehouse or just simply type out the code are both welcomed!

        NSString *myOwnWord = @"word";
        myOwnWord = [myOwnWord uppercaseString];

NSString *string = @"string"; [string uppercaseString];

Or just simply put NSString *myString = [@"some string" uppercaseString];
