How would you create this var_dump to evaluate to true while keeping the \n in, instead of simply taking it out?

How would you create this var_dump to evaluate to true while keeping the \n in? At around 4:30 of the video she just takes the \n line out altogether, which I understand. But is there a way to just re-write the var-dump so that it includes the \n instead of just taking it out? For example, one of the ways I tried was:

var_dump($string_one == '..."\n"');

I know there has to be a way to do this, but I can't figure out how.
