I see you have the correct character entity code for ampersand, but it's in the wrong place. It needs to replace the plain ampersand between the words "Design" and "Development" in the heading.

The code for the copyright entity is "&copy;".

It will, but not by itself. You also need to make sure you're setting the entity for the ampersand (in "Design & Development").
