i dont know what it means by add the html tag

This code already has an html tag, and you can only have one.

But what the instructions say is "Change the HTML paragraph tag to an h1 tag."

So the task is to find the tag (actually a pair of both open and close tags) that represent a paragraph, and change them to be a h1 heading instead.
