For this specific code challenge, I am correctly placing the foeach loop and properly ending it after the </li> but before the </ul>. So I don't know why it isn't accepting my answer.
<?php
$flavors= array();
$flavors[] = "Chocolate";
$flavors[] = "Vanilla";
$flavors[]= "ginger";
?>
<p>Welcome to Ye Olde Ice Cream Shoppe. We sell <?php echo count($flavors); ?> flavors of ice cream.</p>
<ul>
<?php foeach($flavors as $flavor){?>
<li><?php echo $flavor1; ?></li>
<li><?php echo $flavor2; ?></li>
<?php} ?>
</ul>

<ul>

<li><?php echo $flavor; ?></li><!-- You just need one <li> -->
<?php} ?>
</ul>
Foreach is misspelled and you need to just echo $flavor
