I am confused... again

Am I on the right track here ? Or should I make another pot of coffee?

I don't think jQuery is available to the challenges in this course.

But there are still several ordinary JavaScript ways to get that first li element, including:

  • you could use querySelector, it returns the first element by default
  • you could get the children of myList, and then subscript it (index 0) to get the first one
  • you could use getElementById since it has the unique ID "first"
