I am getting an error that the list is not bein sorted, but I have called the list.sort method as mentioned in the task

inventory.py
class Inventory:
    def __init__(self):
        self.slots = []

    def add_item(self, item):
        self.slots.append(item)


class SortedInventory(Inventory):

    def add_item(self, item): 
        super().add_item(item)
        self.slots.append(item)
        self.slots.sort()

Hey Mary Kissiedu, the error message says "Bummer: Hmm, the items don't seem to be sorted". The issue isn't the sort it's that the parent and the local methods both append the new item to the slots list resulting in double counting. Since the parent method had the append, it can be removed from the local method.
