10,799 PointsHey Anderson! To solve this challenge you must use string concatenation. This is done with the "+". For example you could do this:
"Hello" + " world" // This would be "Hello world"
And so in order to solve the challenge you simply concatenate id and "#" and lastName, with the "+" operator. Remember to lastName in uppercase, and done put any spaces like i did in hello world. Your code should look something like this:
var id = "23188xtr";
var lastName = "Smith";
var userName = id.toUpperCase() + "#" + lastName.toUpperCase();
Hope this helps!
