1,316 PointsI am unsure of how to get just continents beginning with 'A' using my code.
What is needed to make this workable code?
continents = [
'Asia',
'South America',
'North America',
'Africa',
'Europe',
'Antarctica',
'Australia',
]
# Your code here
print("Continents: ")
for continent in continents:
print("* " + continent[0])

54,972 PointsYou are currently using continent[0]
to print the first character of each continent. If on the other hand you used continent[0]
in an if statement you could compare it to "A" and if they match print the bulleted continent name.
