i can do this test i dont get it how to make a website for the section and footer

in the footer section and before <p>&copy; 2013 Nick Pettit.</p> you need to use img and anchor tags to state your social networks accounts , as this:

      <a href="http://twitter.com/myFacebookAccount"><img src="img/facebook-wrap.png" alt="Facebook Logo"></a>
      <a href="http://facebook.com/myTwitterAccount"><img src="img/twitter-wrap.png" alt="Twitter Logo"></a>
