I can not find the normalize.css file in the download section for the website. Where to I get it from now?

I need to find the normalize.css file to continue my track. Please help me find it.

Underneath the video window is a link titled "Downloads" with another link to all of the project files in a zip format. The normailize.css file is included in that download.
