The term "list" has not been defined anywhere. It looks like you might want "songs" there instead.

function printSongs( songs ) {
var listHTML = '<ol>';
for ( var i = 0; i < list.length; i += 1) {
listHTML += '<li>' + songs[i][0] + ' by ' + songs[i][1] + '</li>';
}
You use the parameter songs to accept a list, but you call the length method on a variable called list (which is never declared or initiated anywhere else. Give that a shot to see if it works.
