I cannot create a new folder as instructed- nothing happens when I click on "New Folder"- I am using Chrome browser

Is the Chrome browser blocking my folder creation?

This has happened to me also, but in the Safari browser. If you force quit (on a Mac) or end the process (on Windows; ctrl + shift + esc), then reopen, it should fix the issue.

An alternative method would be to run Chrome in Incognito mode (cmd + shift + N on a Mac; ctrl + shift + N on Windows) . This temporarily disables all extensions from running, which may be interfering with Workspaces.

If your problem persists, I would suggest contacting Team Treehouse support directly.
