I cannot figure out what information is supposed to go int the HTML param, can someone please help me?

I tried to put the index and the footer html files but they did not take.

app.js
$.get("footer.html",
  function(response){
  $('#footer').html();
});
index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
  <meta charset="utf-8">
  <title>AJAX with JavaScript</title>
</head>
<body>
  <div id="main">
    <h1>AJAX with jQuery</h1>
  </div>
  <div id="footer"></div>
  <script src="jquery.js"></script>
  <script src="app.js"></script>
</body>

You're close! You are calling the "html" method on the jQuery object, but without an argument.

Now you just need to pass the argument that your anonymous function received as the argument to the "html" method .
