I Cannot Figure Out Whats Wrong!

I Think I Am Doing This All Right But Its Throwing a Value error

You need to convert the arguments individually to float, then add them: float(x) + float(y)

Imagine running your code with add("1.2", "0.4"), which would try float("1.20.4")
