I cannot find my mistake!

Here is my code:

float real_numbers[5]; printf("Array real_numbers can store %ld items.", sizeof(real_numbers)/sizeof(float));

am i missing something?

you were missing the first line of code i think you the treehouse compiler is not that smart . but your code was good .

Wow, sorry, I thought that asking the question would link to the problem...

Here is the code challenge:

Print the length of the array real_numbers using the sizeof() function. Your output should look like the following: Array real_numbers can store x items.

The only thing different in your post is the \n new line character.. Would this really cause the code challenge to reject my answer?
